• To digitize the existing system of hospital based labour room and design the role based monitoring system for proper working and Monitoring of labour room at different level of organization.

• Provide data from labour room register to policy makers and facility staff to make informed decisions ,capacity building and compliance to improve the practices and reduce mortality rate of Maternal and Neonatal .
